Twelve days, 2,200 square feet. New wide-plank LVP throughout, every wall and ceiling repainted, popcorn ceilings removed and a living room built around a new fireplace wall.

The challenge
The family had just closed on a 1998 home with carpet in every room, popcorn ceilings and twenty years of beige. They wanted to move in within two weeks.
What we did
We scraped and skim-coated the ceilings, painted everything in two coats and installed 2,200 square feet of 9-inch LVP with new 5-inch baseboards.
In the living room we framed a floor-to-ceiling fireplace wall with a linear electric insert and added recessed lighting on dimmers.
Materials & finishes
Waterproof rigid-core LVP in a light oak tone, low-VOC paint in a warm white, matte black lighting and a 60-inch linear electric fireplace.
Timeline & budget
Twelve working days. Because the house was empty we ran flooring and paint crews in parallel, which is how a whole-home refresh fits inside a two-week move-in window.
The result
A move-in-ready home that looks new from the front door to the back, delivered before the moving truck arrived.
